Moroccan: Mint Tea

(serves 2-4)

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. In a metal pot, add water and bring to a boil
  2. Add tea and stir
  3. Bring the tea to a boil, turn off the heat and add a bunch of fresh mint
  4. Stir and let it sit for a few minutes
  5. Pour into small glass cups and add sugar or sweetener if desired
