Moroccan: Mint Tea

(serves 2-4)
Ingredients:
- 4 cups (1 quart) of water
- 1-2 teaspoons black or green loose tea
- Fresh mint
- Sugar, sweetener or honey (all optional)
Procedure:
- In a metal pot, add water and bring to a boil
- Add tea and stir
- Bring the tea to a boil, turn off the heat and add a bunch of fresh mint
- Stir and let it sit for a few minutes
- Pour into small glass cups and add sugar or sweetener if desired
